Manager - Amanda Hughes

BA Childhood Practice 

Trained as Child Development Officer in 2011 and after years of experiences with all age groups and further education took on management roll in 2018.

Administrator - Janette Wilson 

Janette was one of the first Child Development Officers to start on the opening day of Buttons & Bows in 2002. Janette changed roles to nursery administrator in 2006.

Senior Child Development Officers - 

Each of our playrooms has a lead practitioner who is qualified or currently studying towards a degree level qualification.

Child Development Officers - 

At this time all 18 members of our staff team are qualified in an SVQ level 3. We have 3 staff members who began their

At this time we have 8 staff qualified to a degree level.
